People are my passion. Working with and helping people can be incredibly rewarding. I have prior work experience in human resources in private construction companies as well as in the public sector. Living abroad for several years gave me a global perspective and let me understand different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives with an open-minded approach and appreciation of diversity. I would consistently demonstrate empathy and compassion towards my colleagues.

Born in the Latvia, most part of my life have lived between 2 cities - Riga and Saulkrasti. I have gained my professional experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management fields, different job positions. Have tried my luck in Sales and Export Management as well, but all roads have led back to Facilities Management, somehow I feel like this is what I have to do.
