At the International School of Riga (ISR), we understand that choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions that a family will make, and we want to support all our families in this process by listening to what really matters to them. We want to build community and establish relationships with our families that extend across all aspects of our community life and learning.

To help families make this crucial decision, ISR organizes frequent Open Houses where prospective families can meet members of the academic team, students, and parents, learn more about our educational programs, our fantastic community, and what makes ISR such a special place for our students.

Enrollment Process

International School of Riga is a Candidate School* for the IB MYP. This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. These are schools that share a common philosophy—a commitment to high quality, challenging, international education that ISR believes is important for our students. *Only schools authorized by the IB Organization can offer any of its four academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme (DP), or the Career-related Programme (CP).
