The school is governed by a Meeting of Representatives consisting of 7 Members and 1 Associate Member who are elected at the Annual General Meeting from among the members of the school (parents) and the Director. Each member serves for a two year term contributing to our school with the expertise and experience that they bring from their own professions.
The role and responsibilities of ISR Meeting of Representatives Members are described fully in the ISR Association Statutes.
In summary, these responsibilities include:
to oversee and evaluate the implementation of the school’s General Meeting decisions,
to deal with the school’s strategic issues
to prepare reports for review at AGM/EGM
to decide upon the use of financial resources within the budget confirmed at the AGM/EGM and control the implementation of the budget confirmed at the AGM
to ensure that important questions are raised to promote positive and timely action on activities which are not determined to be the exclusive competence of the General Meeting
to manage and administer any other organization established by the school if the statutes of the other organization do not state otherwise.
