We are so glad you are part of the ISR community. Since 1995, the International School of Riga has proudly served internationally minded people, offering a supportive, inclusive, and globally focused education.
As an IB World School, we are proud to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). Our learning approach is rooted in inquiry, concept-based learning, and student agency, empowering students to think critically, ask questions, and take ownership of their learning.
At ISR, we are committed to creating a nurturing and caring learning environment where all students are supported to reach their full potential. We have the support structures in place to ensure an inclusive learning experience for every child, including English Language support with EAL teachers on both campuses, a Social Emotional Counselor at each campus, and a dedicated College and Career Counselor in our Secondary School.
As we begin this school year, I am proud to be entering my eight year at ISR and my fourth year as Director. It is a true honor and privilege to serve this exceptional community of caring teachers, supportive parents, dedicated staff, and inspiring students.
